Our Executive Officers' will:

  • Provide high level and strategic governance advice to Boards and Sub-Committees
  • Design, implement and monitor effective and efficient operational policies and procedures including financial management
  • Oversee the implementation of executive management systems to ensure that all programs are delivered within departmental operational and budget parameters
  • Ensure financial obligations of the organisation are delivered within the expectations of the Board and within the framework of compliance, legal and legislative requirements
  • Proactively develop strategies to ensure the organisation produces relevant outcomes and continually achieves solutions for stakeholders and clients
  • Be proactive in stakeholder management with both internal and external parties
  • Liaise with and update the Board with all necessary information to ensure visibility across all areas of the organisation is achieved
  • Develop alternative funding sources to secure ongoing services and work with external stakeholders to educate and promote the organisation
  • Ensure that complex program negotiations, implementations and reviews are carried out in a consultative manner and be the primary owner of such negotiations
  • Provide clear direction and effective leadership to staff in order to implement the boards strategic direction in a consultative and proactive manner.
