Rachel is a graduate and member of the Governance Institute of Australia, member of the UK Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Rachel has extensive commercial and not for profit sector senior management and governance experience, including advocating to and engaging effectively with all levels of state and federal government and non-government organisations.
